Richard started JamCrackers back in 2011 (from his actual kitchen table) with a simple goal to give Bedfordshire businesses IT support they can actually rely on. With 15+ years in the industry, he’s all about building long-term relationships, keeping tech straightforward, and making sure every project genuinely helps clients work smarter. A devoted Tottenham Hotspur supporter, he reckons running an IT company is a bit like following Spurs – plenty of challenges, the odd bit of stress, but always worth it in the end.
Joe helps keep things moving at JamCrackers, making sure projects run smoothly and clients get the support they need, when they need it. He’s hands-on with the technical side too, from quoting and planning through to delivery, and is always looking for ways to make systems more efficient. When he’s not knee-deep in tech issues, you’ll find him at the darts or talking football – although as a Manchester United fan, he’ll admit, the glory days might be over!
Josh is one of our go-to Microsoft 365 specialists, helping new clients settle in during onboarding, keeping their environments secure, and making sure they’re getting the most out of their tech. He also works day-to-day on the helpdesk, solving problems quickly and keeping businesses moving. Away from work, Josh is a loyal Luton Town supporter, travelling the country to watch them play, and a big fan of live music – think Oasis, Stone Roses, Blossoms, and Coldplay.
Bailey is the newest member of the JamCrackers team, learning the ropes of IT support through his apprenticeship. He’s quickly grown in confidence with calls, emails, and troubleshooting, and has his sights set on mastering cyber security and client onboarding. Before joining JamCrackers, he studied game design at college, but soon realised he preferred solving real-world tech problems to sitting in classrooms – he still loves gaming though!
Ross started out at JamCrackers on a Level 3 Apprenticeship and is now working his way through a Level 4 Network Apprenticeship. He’s keen to keep building his IT skills and put them to good use helping our clients (and keeping us on our toes in the office). On the helpdesk, Ross is part of the first line support team, sorting out day-to-day tech troubles and making sure things get back on track quickly. Outside of work, he’s a big gamer, which probably explains why he’s so fast at spotting problems and finding the right fixes.
